Debt relief clearone advantage, before we go further let’s look at “Debt relief” this is something that you should completely avoid if you want to live a stress-free life and have a financially stable life. It’s very easy to get into debt and looks easy to pay back, but the reality of it can break you down and leave you in much strife and regret, no matter the situation. I will never ever advise you to get into a debt situation or borrow, no matter the urgency.

I have witnessed how many people have indulged themselves in massive debt struggles and can barely feed or pay rentals because they have failed to come out and keep accumulating the debt in order to pay off other existing debts.

I’m going to share with you a few tips on how you can live a debt-free life and enjoy financial freedom that others are able to enjoy.

1. Live within your means.

Meaning whatever money or income you make at the end of the day should be able to cater to you without going to the extremes; even better, live below your means, as you will be able to achieve much more with what you have. What you have will be able to go a long way if you are able to adjust to what you earn daily or monthly.

For example, if you know that what you earn is not much, there is no need to live in an expensive, extravagant house. That is way beyond your income because you will always be forced to borrow to cover up rent or other bills regularly. Find something that is within or below your income; you don’t need to eat out or order food out because you can simply buy in bulk and cook from home to cut on expenses.

You don’t always have to move with fashion or buy every trending piece of fashion in order to keep up with the trends of fashion.

2. Budget and plan for all your income.

Budgeting and planning will help you keep track of your spending and will help keep you from spending on unnecessary things or things that can wait, so don’t just budget and plan; make sure you stick to it too because if you don’t, you will find yourself overspending and having to borrow to be able to cater to other needs. Click here to learn more on planning

Make sure you plan and budget, starting with the most necessary things or needs, not things that you can do without. Remember, planning is winning.

With every little bit of money you get, make sure you budget and plan effectively and efficiently and are able to keep to your plans so that you don’t have to regret it later.

3. Save money.

From every penny you get or make, make sure you save something, no matter how little it is. It will make a whole lot of a difference. When you save, you prepare yourself for any situation as well, and it will help prevent you from getting into unnecessary debts in case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances.

There are many unforeseen or unplanned situations that sometimes befall us, so better safe than sorry. If you haven’t started saving, today is the right time to begin so that you won’t be caught unaware and be forced to get loans or borrow money to cover whatever emergency or situation arises.  Savings helps in debt relief.

4. Be Content

Sometimes we tend to envy other people’s lifestyles and will try to compete with them or try to impress people or show that you are living a rich and good life. I can tell you that nobody cares; trust me. You will go out to borrow to try to sustain your lifestyle and, in the end, make a mess of your income and life because of trying to live up to trends or impressing people. Work through life one day at a time.

Just because you can’t afford something today doesn’t mean you can’t afford it tomorrow as long as you work hard. Some people we envy, especially on social media, are living fake lives, and what they post is not their reality. So let your heart be calm; you need not compete with anybody.

Take life one step at a time, but clothes and things you can afford; if it’s beyond your means, then you can’t afford it. So don’t be anxious and indulge yourself in borrowing or debt to sustain a lifestyle you can’t afford.

5. Be Disciplined

No matter the situation, discipline yourself not to or never to borrow and stick with it. Let your No be No and Yes only when you have. If you don’t have or can’t afford something, just say no; not everyone will be happy, but you would have saved yourself the unnecessary pressure.

Stay focused and tell yourself, No matter what, I will not borrow, and put your mind to it, and you will achieve it. Be disciplined and don’t give out everything so that you remain with nothing. It’s okay to help people, but don’t borrow to do it. If you don’t have it, let it be no; if you can spare it, then help, but don’t put yourself in unnecessary debts.

6. Invest

If you feel what you are getting is not enough, instead of borrowing, invest. If you are working, have a side business that can bring in daily, weekly, or monthly income. You can save little by little and invest.

There are many things we can invest in at this time and day that will help us have an extra income and create a debt free life instead of borrowing. It could be something you are good at, like baking, decor, building, catering, and government bonds, etc. So invest in many so that you can keep sustaining yourself instead of borrowing.
