So the reason because despite greylisting national ID,Drivers license and passport,it does not have the provision to allow those with the national ID to open an account,only those with a passport are able to open an account with them.

This makes the app less reliable as what they have listed as options for opening an account when you try to open you find that there is only one option which is passport.Neglecting many African countries from opening an account with them…
